We had the privilege of working on one of Newport’s newest hotels. The New Manchester Hotel is a distinctive luxury destination in Newport, Rhode Island, blending contemporary elegance with the city’s rich coastal heritage. Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling is one of Rhode Island’s premier craft beverage destinations, combining a state-of-the-art brewery, distillery, taproom, and event venue in Newport. Founded in 1999, the company produces a diverse selection of award-winning craft beers and spirits while offering visitors an inviting experience that includes rooftop seating, outdoor gathering spaces, live entertainment, tastings, and scenic views of the Newport Pell Bridge. Following a major expansion completed in 2024, Newport Craft has become a flagship destination for locals and visitors seeking authentic Rhode Island craft beverages and hospitality. As one of our recent projects, we are in the process of completing restoration of this historic property. We have been tasked with all phases of
the sitework, including utility installation, sidewalks and curbing and parking area.
