Starting off as the Seaview hotel located in Middletown, RI, J.A.M. was contracted to perform all site work aspects from demo to final restoration. This included utilities, earthwork, curbing & hardscapes.

Located in one of Newports most exclusive neighborhoods overlooking the picturesque Ocean drive. J.A.M. Construction was tasked with the owner and her reps to transform her property and historic Blue Gardens into the home of her dreams.

Brenton Hotel - Long Wharf Newport
The Brenton Hotel is one of Newports most recent waterfront hotels that is currently under construction. Working closely with Behan Bros the general contractor, J.A.M. Construction is the lead site development contractor from demolishing the old structure to final landscaping. We proudly will have worked on this project from start to finish.
Brown University Boathouse
Located on the Providence River, Brown University is one of Rhode Island most prestigious colleges. We pleased to have the privilege to assist them in improvements including a new bulkhead, trench drains and reventment.
