John A Marshall Jr. – President
John was born into this business, with his father John A. Marshall, Sr. as the founder of J.A.M. Construction. John joined the Air Force out of High School and received an Honorable Discharge in 2002 and returned to take over the family business. John manages the company policies, procedures and performance standards of all field and office personal.
Joe has been with J.A.M. Construction since 1986. Joe has worked his way up the ranks from Laborer, Equipment Operator and CDL truck driver to his current role. Joe is able to utilize his 34 years in the industry to guide both customers and employees through projects. He oversees the day to day operations of projects to ensure they are run on time, within budget and safely.
Hazel started at J.A.M. Construction in June 2020 doing accounts payable and payroll, and through her tenure she has done all aspects in the accounting department making her the ideal candidate for her current role. Overseeing the daily operations and staff in the accounting department she has developed great relationships with our vendors, customers and employees. Hazel enjoys spending her free time with her dogs and son.
Anthony Addessi – Director of Technology
Anthony started off with J.A.M. Construction as a computer consultant. Anthony saw a great opportunity and sold his business in 2007 and became a full time employee. During his tenure at J.A.M. he has been the purchasing manager and general manager for our materials division in addition to supporting the companies I.T. needs. During his off time Anthony enjoys spending time with his family in the mountains of NH & Maine, Dirt Biking with freinds and relaxing at home watching movies.
